Good Morning This is Jennifer Rice, ERA Stirling Properties, with the 2008 “Real Estate Bulletin” on 990 WGSO Radio. I am going to be here each morning with my comments on what is happening with real estate in St. Tammany Parish, in today’s market. We are obviously affected by national trends, but we do have our own positive movements that do, in fact, buck the national trends. Let’s explore what is happening, but not always reported, that is positive in St. Tammany Parish.

If you are considering a joint purchase, you and your buying partner should outline clearly your agreements about your shares in the down payment, the monthly mortgage payments, and what you will do if one of you decides to move out.
